A family business, built for hospitality
CHL Rentals is powered by a globally diverse team united by one mission: delivering exceptional property management and maximizing returns for investors in Austin, Texas. From Argentina to the Philippines, Ecuador to Nicaragua, to Uruguay, our backgrounds are different, but our commitment to hospitality is the same. RentinTEX began the way most good Texas businesses do, around a kitchen table, with a couple who couldn't stop talking about real estate.
Our Team
Co-founders Lucas Chaya del Pino and Flor Llaudet moved to Austin and saw a city that pulls people in from every corner of the world. Live music in the spring. Lake days in the summer. Football tailgates in the fall. F1 weekends. Bachelorette parties downtown. Quiet Hill Country escapes year-round. They believed Austin's visitors deserved homes that matched the experience, and owners deserved a partner who treated each property like their own. So they built one.
