This place is just as it seems in the photos! Our group had a great time playing games, enjoying the pool, and it was only a 20 minute drive to tons of restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Home looked like the pictures . Perfect location to go to Kalahari, only 10 mins away. Also close to Walmart and HEBs for store runs .

Beautiful and very spacious house. We loved the backyard, which is very well-equipped. The entire place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed handy, so we didn't need to contact Flor. The house is in a great location, close to many businesses and in a very nice neighborhood. If we return to Austin, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!
Great stay
The stay itself was okay, and the unit served its purpose, but the check-in and parking situation was extremely frustrating. Finding the unit was honestly a nightmare. The rental agency seemed completely unfamiliar with their own property. We were first told to park in the garage and go to the 6th floor, where the apartment supposedly was — except there was no 6th floor. After calling again, we were told the unit was actually on a different street.<br/>After spending about 30 minutes trying to figure everything out, we finally asked the apartment staff for help, only for them to explain that the unit was actually a duplex, not an apartment on the 6th floor like we had originally been told.<br/>Once we finally got inside, the apartment itself was fine — definitely older, but acceptable for a short stay. Overall, the lack of clear directions and confusion from management made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. I probably would not book with Rent In Tex again in the future

Wifi worked maybe 1 hour out of our 4-day stay. TV in all rooms but couldn’t watch it because no WiFi! Parking was a huge issue. Listing said we could park in garage but the garage was full of stuff so not available. My son found a water bottle cap in his sheets making us wonder if they were laundered. The pool needed skimming and vacuuming. The host was responsive until we had an issue; then radio silence. Some responses were AI generated and completely inaccurate. The house is modern and roomy but basic necessities like WiFi, parking, and cleanliness are an issue. Wouldn’t stay here again.
